1.Subscription Plans
FinNudge may offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Plan features, pricing, billing intervals, and availability may change over time. Current plan details are shown before purchase or subscription activation.
2.Free Trial
FinNudge may offer a 7-day free trial to eligible users. Unless stated otherwise during checkout, your selected payment method may be charged automatically at the end of the free trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You are responsible for canceling before the end of your free trial if you do not wish to be charged.
3.Automatic Renewal
FinNudge subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly; annual subscriptions renew annually.
By subscribing, you authorize FinNudge and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
4.Payment Processing
Payments are currently processed by Stripe. FinNudge does not directly store full payment card numbers. Your payment information is handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. If we add additional payment options in the future (such as Apple App Store In-App Purchases or Google Play Billing), this policy will be updated to reflect those providers and their separate billing rules.
5.Taxes
Subscription prices may exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges imposed by government authorities or payment processors.
6.Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancel through your account settings billing portal, or by contacting support at billing@finnudge.money.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund prior charges. After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of your current paid billing period.
If we add Apple App Store or Google Play subscription billing in the future, cancellation for those purchases will be managed through your Apple or Google account settings (per their platform rules), and this policy will be updated accordingly.
7.Bank Connections After Cancellation
When you cancel a paid subscription, your account remains open and drops to the Spark (free) tier. Your transaction history is never deleted as a result of cancellation: every transaction already synced remains in your ledger.
Because Plaid charges FinNudge for each active bank connection, we pause live bank sync for accounts that have been on a canceled subscription for 30 days:
- Day 1 after cancellation: your account continues working normally on the Spark tier. Existing data is accessible; live sync continues.
- ~Day 23: we email you a heads-up that your bank connections will pause in approximately 7 days, with a link to resubscribe if you want to keep live sync.
- Day 30: we remove your Plaid access tokens to stop incurring per-item charges. Live bank sync pauses. All historical transactions remain in your account.
To resume live sync at any point, resubscribe and reconnect your bank via Plaid Link in Settings → Linked Accounts. Reconnection is a fresh Plaid Link flow; once complete, sync resumes from where it left off.
8.Plan Changes
You may be able to upgrade, downgrade, or change your subscription plan. Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the start of the next billing period depending on the plan type and Stripe's billing rules.
9.Refunds
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. FinNudge may consider refunds for:
- Duplicate charges
- Accidental purchases
- Billing errors
- Technical service failures
- Other circumstances we determine appropriate
FinNudge generally does not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law or approved at our discretion.
10.Failed Payments
If a payment fails, access to paid features may be limited, suspended, or canceled. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.
11.Promotional Pricing
FinNudge may offer promotional pricing, coupons, discounts, free trials, beta access, or limited-time offers. Promotions may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time unless prohibited by law.
12.Price Changes
We may change subscription prices or plan features in the future. Where required, we will provide notice before changes take effect.
