1.Mobile Apps Coming Soon
The FinNudge mobile apps are not yet available. We are actively building native iOS and Android experiences and will publish them on the Apple App Store and Google Play when they are ready.
We're publishing this Mobile Permissions Disclosure in advance so that the permissions our apps will request (and won't request) are documented before first download. If you find a FinNudge mobile app published anywhere today, it is not from us. Please report it to hello@finnudge.money.
2.General Principle
When the apps launch, FinNudge will request only the permissions needed to provide, secure, or improve the Services. We do not request sensitive device permissions unless they are necessary for a feature you choose to use.
3.Notifications
FinNudge may request permission to send push notifications. Notifications may include:
- Account alerts and security notices
- Billing and recurring expense reminders
- Cash-flow alerts and goal progress updates
- Product or policy updates
You can disable notifications through your device settings at any time.
4.Biometric Authentication
FinNudge may allow you to use device-based biometric authentication such as Face ID, Touch ID, or Android biometric unlock if supported by your device. FinNudge does not receive or store your biometric templates. Biometric authentication is handled locally by your device operating system.
5.Camera
FinNudge does not currently require camera access. If camera access is introduced in the future, it may be used only for features such as receipt capture, document upload, or account verification, and we will update this disclosure as appropriate.
6.Photos and Files
FinNudge does not currently require access to your photos or files. If file upload features are introduced later, access may be used only when you choose to upload a receipt, document, or related financial record.
7.Contacts
FinNudge does not currently request access to your device contacts.
8.Location
FinNudge does not currently request precise GPS location. FinNudge may process limited technical information such as IP address or region for security, fraud prevention, or service operation, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9.Microphone
FinNudge does not currently request microphone access.
10.App Tracking and Advertising
FinNudge does not currently use third-party advertising tracking, retargeting pixels, or cross-app behavioral advertising. On iOS, FinNudge does not request permission to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.
11.Permission Controls
You may manage app permissions through your device settings at any time. Disabling certain permissions may limit functionality for features that depend on those permissions.
