Subscription & billing

FinNudge has two paid tiers, Plus and Pro, and starts every new account with a 7-day free trial. Pick what fits, change anytime.

The tiers at a glance

  • Plus: $4.99/mo or $39/yr. All your connected banks, all dashboard cards, savings goals with surplus allocation, all 5 AI agents, custom categorization rules, and monthly email reports.
  • Pro: $9.99/mo or $95.88/yr. Everything in Plus, plus: CSV export and direct support from the team.

Free trial

Every new paid account starts with a 7-day free trial. Your card is collected at signup but not charged for 7 days. Cancel anytime before day 7 from Settings → Subscription and you pay nothing.

Upgrading

Click Upgrade from any blocked feature, the upgrade banner on the dashboard, or Settings → Subscription. Payment runs through Stripe. We never store your card details. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing.

Downgrading or canceling

From Settings → Subscription you can switch between Plus and Pro, or cancel entirely. Both flows go through the Stripe customer portal where you can also update your card, download invoices, and view your billing history.

When you cancel, you keep paid features through the end of your current billing period. After that, access to paid features stops; your data is preserved.

What happens to my data when I cancel?

Nothing is deleted automatically. Tier-locked features stop working (paid agents stop firing, CSV export is disabled) but every transaction, goal, budget, and rule stays exactly as it was. Re-subscribe and everything reactivates instantly.

If you want a complete deletion, use Settings → Account → Delete Account or the public privacy request form.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis (duplicate charges, accidental purchases, billing errors, technical service failures). See the full Billing Policy for details.

Invoicing & receipts

All invoices are emailed automatically and available in the Stripe customer portal. For business or VAT invoices with a company name, use Update billing details in the portal.
